December 1

This day, this moment, it is necessary.

It serves a purpose.

A reminder to those living with HIV of another milestone reached, a hallmark of good health and the will to live

A check for the reinforcement of support from the network of those who love them

A notation on the world schedule in this enduring interlude between humanity and the vastly unseen world of that which seeks to bring it down on its knees

This day, this moment, it is necessary

It reminds us to believe – in life, in love, and a great many endless possibilities.

It’s the first day of December.

It’s the International World AIDS Day.

  1. Let’s endeavour to stop the stigma against those living with HIV.
    #Peace

  2. Short and poignant.
(I wonder if it’s appropriate to say Happy World AIDS day)

  3. Let’s keep pushing forwards, never discriminating, loving all unconditionally and doing our best to end the stigma against those living with HIV. It begins with you and me.

  4. Hopefully we’ll learn to open our minds and in the process, open our brains so we’ll realize HIV isn’t a death sentence and we won’t contract it by showing love to infected people
